A WOD is the Workout Of the Day. This is the workout pre-designed by CrossFit Willow Glen coaches that everyone completes for that day. It may include: gymnastics, body-weight exercise, plyometrics, olympic lifting, power lifting, running, rowing and other forms of exercise. This is usually timed or scored in some manner as to gauge if an athelete is improving their fitness. Though we may have to lighten weight, substitute exercises or modify the WOD in some other way, everyone is able to participate.
